WOMEN’S HEALTH
AND GYNECOLOGY

Over the years, a woman’s body undergoes multiple changes. The quality of connective and muscular tissue decreases, and if predisposing risk factors such as pregnancy, childbirth, multiparity, menopause, overweight, sports practice, or poorly managed high-impact physical activity are added to this, it is not surprising that alterations occur in the optimal functioning of the abdominolumbopelvic, urogenital, and coloproctological systems.

We use pelvic floor physiotherapy, which offers a range of possibilities from prevention to the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunctions at different stages of a woman’s life cycle.

To address issues related to gynecology and women’s health, such as dysmenorrhea, premenstrual syndrome, hormonal imbalances, and menopause, we approach each case using a combination of appropriate therapies such as nutrition, age-appropriate physical exercise, emotional support, acupuncture, PNI, and osteopathy.
