Nutritionist and Psychoneuroimmunologist specialized in digestive disorders, particularly irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), as well as metabolic issues, special needs in athletes, anti-aging, and women’s health. As an educational psychologist, she addresses eating problems linked to emotional health, providing a comprehensive 360º health approach. Therefore, she places great value on teamwork with other professionals, delving into the roots of the problem, whether it be physical, mental, or spiritual.
Her background is in educational psychology, which has motivated her to be an excellent communicator and convey pertinent knowledge to her patients, wishing for them to understand their problems and approach solutions more consciously and integrally.
She later studied as a technician in dietetics and nutrition and took cooking courses at the Bellart School. With a desire to learn more, she obtained a Diploma in Human Dietetics and Nutrition at CESNID. Although she enjoyed the degree, she realized that it was not enough and that she needed more training to address all aspects of her patients’ health. Thus, she completed a postgraduate degree in Active Cellular Nutrition and a master’s in Psychoneuroimmunology with Regenera, which allowed her to understand everything and tackle her patients’ various health issues with passion, knowledge, and empathy.
In addition to her formal training, she has attended numerous courses on topics related to women’s health, such as endometriosis, PCOS, and menopause, as well as autoimmune diseases, focusing on Hashimoto’s, neuroinflammation, anxiety, depressive states, and Parkinson’s disease. She has also dedicated time to sports nutrition, primarily working with triathletes and marathon runners, but also with swimmers, boxers, footballers, and dancers, finding them to be quite a challenge.
Her knowledge of nutrigenetic and microbiota tests, great allies in understanding what is happening internally, combined with active listening to the patient’s symptoms, helps find the path to healing, if the patient so desires. Additionally, she greatly enjoys conducting group training courses, where common doubts and patient experiences broaden the support, considering the group fundamental in curing any ailment.
