Marta Besora is passionate about supporting all aspects of physical, mental, and emotional health. During 6 years of her career, she worked at a gym in Lleida, where her client base in Pilates grew, and she developed expertise in postural correction and muscular reinforcement.


Her goals are to maintain well-being and prevent health problems, allowing clients to approach their needs with more energy, confidence, and concentration. Above all, she emphasizes long-term, comprehensive solutions that can be sustained in real life.


Before moving back to Spain, she built her own Kundalini yoga and Pilates studio in the Dominican Republic. Over a period of 7 years, she assisted clients in relieving stress, maintaining brain oxygenation for improved memory, contributing to postural correction, and achieving sports milestones.
Marta understands the importance of an integrative approach and ongoing attention.


She is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their bodies and listening to what the body is trying to communicate through symptoms.
In her practice, she listens to the needs of her clients, identifies the root cause of their issues, thus providing personalized treatment and continuous support.


Upon arriving in Spain, she graduated as a Kap facilitator, aiming to delve deeper into the mental and physical health of her patients. This allowed her to enhance energetic unblocking and contribute to a significantly positive growth in individuals. Her approach focuses on completely releasing stress, addressing decision-making challenges, and helping individuals take control of their lives with a renewed, positive, and highly personalized outlook.


Passionate about both physical and spiritual activities, she is characterized as someone eager to assist others in achieving their goals to become a secure, authentic, and healthy version of themselves. Her areas of specialization include physical and mental fatigue, stress response and sleep, detoxification of major vital organs, energetic unblocking, emotional health, breath control, thought focus, and the balance of the glandular system and strengthening of the nervous system.
