AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION
After graduating as a physiotherapist from the EU Gimbernat, she worked for more than 10 years in the hospital setting, gaining experience in various departments and specializing in post-traumatic and post-surgical rehabilitation in occupational health.
In 2005, after obtaining her Osteopathy degree from the EOM (Escuela de Osteopatía de Madrid), she started her private practice, collaborating with physicians, traumatologists, and sports centers.
She continued her education to the present day, specializing in myofascial release, traditional Chinese medicine, RPG (Global Postural Reeducation), biodecoding, PNI (Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology), orthomolecular therapy, microkinesitherapy, master’s degree in pelvic floor reeducation, NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming), and PNs (neurosensory posturotherapy).
As she developed her own methodology, she founded her own clinic in 2014 with an integrative and holistic vision of the body, offering a combination of techniques most suitable for achieving optimal health. She perfected her technique to address not only physical aspects but also energetic and emotional well-being.
With a 30-year career of experience, she treats patients of all ages, identifying physical problems and linking them to their origins. By determining potential causes that may be affecting the body, she has extensively studied factors such as nutrition, emotions, and energy, among others.
“What we eat, how we move, what we think or feel, and how we vibrate will directly impact our health. It is essential for these various factors to be in balance for proper functioning. We are becoming detached from our natural state, and our external environment is becoming less suitable for us on all levels. These stressors disrupt our nervous, hormonal, and digestive systems. We must become aware of the impact this has on our health.”
