Elísabet is a passionate physiotherapist and osteopath with a specialization in pelvic floor dysfunctions in both men and women. Her professional journey began at the University of Jaén, where she earned her degree in Physiotherapy and worked for three years in a private clinic, honing her skills and knowledge.
Always driven by her desire to provide the best care for her patients, Elísabet continued her training at the prestigious Madrid School of Osteopathy. Her eagerness to learn led her to explore various complementary fields, earning certifications in therapeutic Pilates, Pilates for pregnant women, dry needling and electroacupuncture, occlusive training, bandaging, physiosexology, and obstetrics, among others.
During her training in osteopathy, Elísabet discovered the fascinating and often overlooked field of pelvic floor dysfunctions. Inspired by the need to address these conditions, she decided to move to Málaga to pursue a master’s degree in Physiotherapy for Pelvic Floor Dysfunctions, focusing on women, men, and children. This program allowed her to delve deeply into the various dysfunctions that can occur throughout a woman’s life, including those associated with pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause, as well as conditions that can also affect men, such as pudendal nerve entrapment, prostate disorders, and chronic pelvic pain.
In each session, Elísabet combines a variety of concepts and therapies, integrating techniques such as dry needling and osteopathic manipulation to provide personalized and effective treatment for each patient. Her dedication and commitment to her patients’ health have made her a leading figure in her field, constantly seeking new ways to enhance her practice and improve the quality of life for those who trust in her care.
