Anne-Gaëlle Rusquet is a licensed physiotherapist from the Gimbernat University School in Barcelona and is a member of the College of Physiotherapists of Catalonia.
In order to broaden her understanding of the human body, she decided to train in microkinesitherapy. This manual therapeutic technique focuses on stimulating the body’s natural self-repair mechanisms. Through specific palpations, it allows for the direct identification of the origin of a symptom to apply the appropriate corrections.
What truly motivates her is assisting people in relieving discomforts and providing them with tools to make dealing with these conditions more manageable.
